Users agree to this Policy when they access and use the Perpetual Website/Application.

This Privacy Policy may be amended or supplemented by Perpetual from time to time; Users should regularly visit this website to stay updated on any such amendments or supplements.

Personal Data (or "User Data") includes information and data about Users that Perpetual holds or collects, directly or indirectly, from information provided by Users to Us, or through Users accessing, registering, providing/using the Perpetual website/application, or from a lawful source of User data.

We recognise the importance of User Data that Users have trusted us with and believe We have a responsibility to properly manage, protect, and process User Data, especially information relating to children under 13 years of age.

We may read non-personal information (such as Internet availability, Wi-Fi availability, network connection, device status, internal and external storage availability) for use in developing and improving the Perpetual Website/Application. The collection of such information will be used to develop and improve our product functionality to ensure a quality experience for Users. We only collect such information to the extent permitted for conducting normal business operations as well as product research and development.

All information We receive will be used for product development purposes and for third parties performing services on our behalf who comply with our Policy. Perpetual requires the following device permissions:

• Device location: to automatically update and display weather forecasts at the User's current location.
• Contacts: allows Perpetual to access and sync all phone numbers with our system to invite others in the contacts list to events.
• Camera: to take photos to change the User's profile picture.
• Storage: to save images created by Perpetual or to change the user's profile picture.
• Account: when users want to create a Perpetual account and log in to use more features (optional), the app needs to collect Email ID or Phone Number for authentication.

(a) By using the Application, Users agree that We have the right to use the following system APIs to access data on the User's phone: (1) Read and write to the phone's contacts, (2) User's current location, (3) Write application data to memory card, (4) Access the Internet from the User's device. All such access is carried out by Us with the User's consent, so Users commit and acknowledge that, upon granting permission, Users will have no claims against Perpetual regarding this access.

(b) With access permission, Perpetual collects the following information from Users:

• Personal information: includes information Users provide to us to verify their account such as name, phone number, ID number, and email address;
• General information: such as information about the phone's configuration, the version of Perpetual that the User is using on their phone;
• User's location information: geographic location data of the User will be stored on the server to help Users use the search function of the Application;
• Phone contacts: Perpetual will store the User's phone contacts on the server to best support Users in using the Application and to avoid data loss. We commit to respecting and not using the User's phone contacts for any purpose without the User's consent;

We do not use any means to monitor the content of messages, exchanges, or otherwise track Users while using this application.

(c) User content includes the User's communications with others, posts or feedback submitted by the User to Perpetual, the user's username, images, documents, audio files, digital products, videos and files. To the extent necessary to provide software and services, to protect Users and the services, as well as to improve our products and services, Users agree to allow Perpetual to use their content completely free of charge on Perpetual's software and services worldwide. Content includes the rights to copy, store, move, reformat, display, edit, create derivative works, and distribute them through communication tools.

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. We do not collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. When a User identifies themselves as a child under 13 years of age through a support request or through any feedback, We will not collect, store, or use and will safely delete all personal information of that user.

When organising minigame programs or surveys on the Perpetual Website/Application, Perpetual may send emails to the User's email address after the User has agreed to participate and agreed to receive prizes for the event they participated in. Where information is requested from children, We only collect information related to the minigame or survey. We only contact parents for additional personalised information for the purpose of completing prizes when a child wins a contest or completes a survey.

When a User requests support, Users may send an email or contact Us using the information on our website. Users may contact Us if they have support questions about using the Perpetual Website/Application. If a User submits a support request, We may receive the User's email address and other information the User provides in relation to the support request.

We do not use cookies.

Perpetual may provide links to our website or to third-party websites. This Privacy Policy will not affect the policy of any third-party website or their use of collected personal information. The Policy set out here does not apply to other parties and We do not require them to collect or use information. We do not participate in the activities of advertisers or third-party websites.

Use of YouTube or Google services: Some of our applications may use the YouTube API or other Google services. We comply with all terms in Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en-US) & YouTube TOS (https://www.youtube.com/static?gl=VN&template=terms).

We may amend our Policy by posting the amended Policy on the Perpetual Website/Application without directly notifying Users. Therefore, We encourage users to review this Policy regularly. Perpetual reserves all rights and interpretation of the Policy and its amendments.
